Red Door Gallery - Mount Shasta is presenting a Roman Loranc exhibiton of new work, titled: “Mount Shasta to the Sea”. Artist Reception is on June 22nd from 4-8pm and the show extends to August 20th 2012.
The video is a great primer for our show and the new work, as it shows Roman’s roots and work techniques in the Central Valley, before his move to the Mount Shasta region and exploration of unique Northern California landscapes, or “State of Jefferson” landscapes as we like to regard our Northern California / Southern Oregon homelands, a bit off set in many ways to the urban center regions to our north and south.
